The machine is suitable for use in production lines or as a standalone unit.
The dough is manually placed on a conveyor belt, which moves it between the forming rollers. Here, the dough is adjusted to a uniform thickness, which is then divided by cutting knives. The divided dough pieces fall between two forming drums, where they are shaped and subsequently carried away by a canvas conveyor belt.
The dividing speed is regulated using a mechanical variator. For quieter operation, the variator can be replaced with an electric speed control using a frequency converter. This ensures fault-free regulation, easier operation, zero maintenance costs, and, last but not least, a quieter operation.
A forming feeding hopper can be connected to the machine, eliminating the need for manual dough insertion. A dough-proofing trough can be connected behind the machine, which can be powered by the dividing and forming machine.
Our company can provide a custom-made proofing trough for your space (to save space, the proofing trough can also be installed under the ceiling, etc.).
