The RR-3L roll shaping machine is designed for shaping free pre-proofed wheat and wheat-rye doughs.
It features a sturdy construction with a system of rollers and two tables with winding felt belts.
Because the rotating components are housed in bearings rather than bushings, the maintenance requirements and costs are reduced (no lubrication is needed like with roll shapers that use bushings, no bushing wear, easy bearing replacement).
This roll shaper allows for high yield.
Surface treatment by coating (powder coating) or can be supplied in stainless steel.
The roll shaper can be supplied separately or with a table including an electric motor, electrical installation, and a stainless-steel plate for removing shaped rolls.
The roll shaping machine can be demonstrated at your facility or loaned for testing.
