The RRB-3L bread roll shaping machine is designed for shaping wheat and wheat-rye doughs.
The machine features a rigid construction with a system of rollers. Due to the fact that rotating components are mounted in bearings instead of bushings, maintenance requirements and costs are reduced (no need for lubrication like machines with bushings, no wear of bushings, easy bearing replacement). It also eliminates the cost of felt cloths.
Clothless machines do not process loose doughs as well as cloth-based bread roll machines (loose dough may stick to the rollers), and they cannot achieve the same yield as cloth-based machines.
For processing whole grain doughs, cloth-based bread roll machines are more suitable. In clothless machines, the length of the rolls is adjusted by the thickness of the rolled dough (longer rolls - thinner dough). Therefore, if we want to shape longer rolls, we must set the machine to a thin dough sheet, which can cause crushing of the grains and tearing of the rolls.
The surface finish is either paint (powder coating) or it can be supplied in stainless steel.
The bread roll machine can be supplied either alone or with a table, including an electric motor, electrical installation, and a stainless steel plate for collecting the shaped rolls.
