The DS 2500 dividing machine is designed for dividing bread dough. The dough is fed by feed rollers into the dividing chamber under the dividing drum. The feed flap, when inserted and rotated, takes a certain amount of dough and pushes it through the discharge nozzle. A knife cuts dough pieces of equal weight, which fall onto the conveyor belt, which is dusted with flour from a flour duster. The weight of the dough pieces is adjusted manually using a wheel. Another manual wheel with a transmission to the variator controls the performance.
The machine is suitable for use in lines or as a standalone unit.
