VERTICAL PORTABLE PLANING MACHINE HOT 100

It is designed for planing vertical surfaces on large workpieces, where it is more convenient to move the machine to the workpiece rather than the other way around. The machine is moved to the workpiece by a mobile crane.
The planing tool is mounted on a hinged holder of the ram, which is guided in the machine frame. The ram is driven by a pinion engaging with the rack of the ram, and this is done using a gearbox and
a return electromagnetic clutch. The stroke length can be adjusted by repositioning the stops. The machine frame with the ram can be adjusted transversely either manually or mechanically on sleds. The longitudinal
feed of the sleds is either manual or mechanical.
