HYDRAULIC BENDER XONM2000/2A/4
Technological Purpose:
For bending and, if necessary, for rolling steel sheets. It is particularly used in the production of shaped sheet metal components, in maintenance workshops, and sheet metalworking shops.
Construction Design:
Universal, hydraulic with adjustable upper and lower jaws. The upper jaw is adjusted by the quick movement of the pistons of two hydraulic cylinders. The movement of the front bending jaw is powered by two additional hydraulic cylinders; the extreme positions of the jaws are limited by stops. The construction solution for the height adjustability of the lower jaw enables the rolling of sheets around a support pin, or the production of gutters and similar components. The bender is equipped with a dial indicating the bending angle. The hydraulic drive system consists of commonly manufactured components.
Lubrication:
Grease lubrication - by hand using a grease gun.
